Body Recall is a gentle re-entry into movement for those whose body stopped feeling safe after trauma, injury, burnout, or long periods of stillness.
After a major car accident, I had to relearn how to trust my body—from a wheelchair back into motion. What worked was not force, motivation, or discipline.
It was recall.
Self Recall begins in the mind.
Body Recall follows in the body.
This is for you if:
